Requirements and responsibilities


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct 60+ outbound calls daily across four structured blocks. - Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry databases. - Research prospects using FMC databases and industry directories. - Book discovery calls and meetings for account executives. - Maintain CRM accuracy in HubSpot: log activities, update lifecycle stages. - Execute email sequences (Templates 1→3→5 at Day 0/3/8). - Develop tailored pitches for BCOs, 3PLs, freight forwarders, and NVOCCs. - Provide weekly pipeline reports and activity summaries. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs): - Daily calls: 60 across 4 blocks. - Qualified leads: Weekly target per rep. - Meetings booked: Track conversion rate. - HubSpot compliance: 100% logging. - Pipeline: Toward 600-account threshold. - Email sequence completion: ≥ 80%. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - 1-3 years sales, business development, or BPO experience. - Fluent English (C1 minimum) and Spanish (native). - Confident communicator with strong phone presence. - Proficient CRM (HubSpot preferred). - Self-motivated, quota-driven. - Excellent organizational skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Transportation or logistics sales experience. - Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field. - Drayage, intermodal, or 3PL knowledge. - Sales automation tool experience.
