We are building agents to recruit, verify, and match 10,000s experts with 1,000s of opportunities from the world’s most innovative organizations. We work with leading enterprises and are backed by top investors.We're looking for recruitment coordinators to work directly with the sales and engineering team to build the most efficient recruiting systems in the market. You will work on the highest-priority accounts to source ad-hoc experts to the Terac panel. You’re someone who thrives in ambiguity, has exceptional judgment, and can context-switch between strategic planning, tactical execution, and people operations.You willCoordinate the delivery of experts to our highest-value projectsWork with the CEO/CTO to design important recruitment frameworksOversee and orchestrate the work of 10,000s of experts on our platformEnsure execution under demanding timelinesDiagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions that improve quality, throughput, and cost-efficiencyContinuously refine recruitment, onboarding, and activation funnels, using data to boost participant retention and engagementYou have/areExperience attracting world-class talent in short time frames.Comfortable working directly with high-profile clients.Bias to action: operate with a high level of agency—comfortable in failure, and able to come with a list of initiatives where you tried something, measured impact, and either doubled down or quit—all without permission.Data-driven: make data-driven decisions; track LTV, CAC, and measure everything to ensure informed decisions.MiscWe operate six days per weekTerac culture: Between weekly presentations, company hackathons, and an AI-first mindset, you’ll be working with one of the most innovative teams on the planet.Growth opportunities: You’re joining Terac at one of the earliest stages and will have an opportunity to shape and grow with the company as a founding member.
