Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance Business Analyst to support a Global eInvoice Rollout Project for a leading Consumer Healthcare Client.🌍 Project Scope:Current rollout countries completed: Belgium, Poland & GreeceOngoing priority projects:France eInvoice rollout (high complexity – Sep deadline)Germany eInvoice rollout (Jan deadline)This is a Business Analysis + Project Coordination role supporting Delivery & Operations teams. The implementation activities will be handled by the client ERP team and external EDI providers.Key Responsibilities:Gather business requirements and analyse finance/invoice processesCoordinate with Business, SAP, IT teams, and external EDI providersSupport Project Manager in timelines, governance, risks & milestonesWork closely with stakeholders across multiple business unitsEnsure regulatory and compliance readiness for go-liveManage project coordination, status tracking, and communication activities✅ Required Skills:5–10 years of SAP project experienceStrong Business Analysis & stakeholder management skillsGood understanding of SAP Finance business processesExcellent communication and presentation skillsFluent English⭐ Nice to Have:Experience in SAP eInvoice implementation projects (any country)Exposure to end-to-end rollout/support projects⚠ Important Note:This is NOT a hands-on SAP configuration role.
