We’re Hiring: Assistant Controller (100% Remote / Accounting) 📊Are you a QuickBooks expert looking for a stable, fast-paced remote role? Eco Movers is growing, and we are looking for an Assistant Controller to join our remote finance operations team immediately.We need someone who can hit the ground running, adapt quickly, and take full ownership of the numbers during our busy season.What You'll Do:Handle month-end close procedures, journal entries, and balance sheet reviews.Prepare monthly financial packages and detailed Departmental P&Ls.Manage intercompany reconciliations, shared labor allocations, and intercompany loans.Assist with cash flow forecasting, budget vs. actual analysis, and CPA tax preparation.Supervise remote AP/AR team processes.Requirements:Must-Have: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience.Must-Have: Strong, advanced proficiency with QuickBooks (Strictly required).Advanced/Fluent English (Written & Spoken).Strong Excel skills and solid knowledge of GAAP.Experience with multi-location, logistics, or field-service operations is a big plus!How to apply: Do not look for a link; just send me your latest resume via DM to be considered!
