Apply below! ⤵️The Role:This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced BMC professional to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale BMC Helix ITSM and ITOM solutions within a telecom environment, working with cutting-edge technologies and large-scale transformation programmes.If you have extensive experience with BMC Helix, ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and telecom systems integration, apply below.Skills Needed:Active Security Clearance, eligibility to reactivate expired clearance, or ability to obtain clearance10+ years of IT experience within the telecom domain across design, development, and solution delivery5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and architecting BMC Helix / BMC Remedy ITSM solutionsStrong experience as a BMC Helix Technical Lead or Solution ArchitectExpertise across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Discovery modulesStrong knowledge of CMDB architecture, service modelling, data governance, reconciliation, and normalisationHands-on experience with BMC Helix ITOM, Event Management, Discovery, Integration Services, and automation workflowsExperience developing solutions using Helix Innovation Studio, codeless applications, custom objects, and data modelsStrong understanding of BMC AR System architecture, workflows, forms, filters, escalations, and APIsExperience with REST/SOAP integrations, webhooks, and telecom OSS/BSS integrationsAbility to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions while maximizing out-of-the-box Helix capabilitiesExperience troubleshooting SIT, UAT, and Production issues using platform diagnostics and logsExperience with cloud-based BMC Helix deployments (AWS/Azure)Agile/Scrum delivery experienceFluent in EnglishSalary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum📍 Location: Remote (Anywhere in the UK)📄 Employment Type: Full-Time🚀 Start Date: ASAP📧 Apply Now!
