We are looking for a high-level salesperson to step into a combined role across: - A premium Alignment & Leadership Coaching business (Baltus.com). - The Enlightenment — a private gentlemen & entrepreneur network in Madrid. Your Role: - Speak with entrepreneurs, challenge their thinking, and guide them into the next level — inside the coaching or the network. - You are not here to “sell.” - You are here to challenge people into better decisions. Who You Are: - Based in Madrid. - Proven track record in sales. - Strong in English (Spanish is a plus). - You understand entrepreneurs and high-level conversations. - You are direct, sharp, and not afraid to challenge. - You resonate with growth, standards, and the modern gentleman ethos. Details: - On-track earnings: $10K–15K+ per month. - Minimum 20 hours per week. - High commission structure. - You move people forward.
