We’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on Group Financial Controller to take ownership of our core finance function and play a key role in our next stage of growth. You’ll own financial control, reporting, compliance, audit, and group consolidation across multiple entities, and you’ll be a key partner in improving systems, processes, and commercial visibility across the business.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments, enjoys bringing structure to complexity, and combines strong technical accounting skills with commercial curiosity and business partnering.What you’ll do:Financial control & reportingOwn monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processesPrepare consolidated group management accounts and insightful board reporting packsEnsure accurate revenue recognition in line with SaaS accounting standardsOversee statutory reporting, audits, and year-end accounts across jurisdictionsMaintain and continuously improve robust financial controls, policies, and compliance proceduresManage cash flow reporting and working capital oversightPrepare board packs and reporting to investors and lendersGroup accounting & complianceLead multi-entity consolidation and intercompany accountingEnsure compliance with IFRS and local tax requirementsManage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodiesOversee VAT, corporation tax, R&D tax credits, and international compliance requirementsSystems & process improvementImprove financial systems, reporting automation, and operational workflowsHelp scale finance infrastructure to support international growth and future funding eventsDrive process standardisation and internal control enhancements across entitiesPartner with RevOps and commercial teams around contract management, data accuracy, and revenue processesAbout you:ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)Significant experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance roleBackground in SaaS, technology, or high-growth startup environmentsStrong technical accounting and group consolidation experienceProven experience managing audits and multi-entity structuresDeep understanding of SaaS revenue recognition and subscription business modelsComfortable operating both strategically and being hands-on in the detailAdvanced Excel and finance systems experience (experience with tools like Campfire and/or NetSuite is a plus)Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholdersExperience supporting PE/VC-backed businesses is highly desirableWhat we offer:We want you to do your best work and feel supported — inside and outside of work.
