We deliver managed IT services, revenue cycle solutions, and consulting services to physician groups and healthcare organizations across the country.Position SummaryThe Government Incentives Consultant serves as a subject matter expert for MIPS and other quality reporting programs, acting as a trusted advisor to internal teams, partners, and customers. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance, optimizing reporting performance, and delivering measurable value through program outcomes. You will partner closely with DAS Health account teams, VARs, and clients to drive efficiency, profitability, and an exceptional client experience.Responsibilities:Act as project lead for Government Incentives engagements, managing timelines and ensuring successful delivery of reporting requirementsServe as a subject matter expert in MIPS reporting, providing strategic guidance to improve client performance and complianceCoordinate program implementation and training for internal teams, partners, and clientsAnalyze client performance data to identify improvement opportunities and mitigate compliance risksSupport Marketing and Client Services with subject matter expertise for sales materials and educational resourcesResolve complex client issues related to Government Incentives programs with accuracy and urgencyStay current on regulatory changes, market trends, and competitive solutionsBuild and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with clientsPerform additional duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, Government Incentives, or EHR systemsStrong expertise in MIPS reporting and EHR functionalityExcellent communication and project management skillsAbility to travel up to 20%Experience working with stakeholders at multiple levels of an organizationStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business and technical challengesHighly organized, self-directed, and able to manage competing prioritiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectivelyFlexibility to support after-hours or overtime work as needed to meet deadlinesComfortable learning and training others on new technologiesDetail-oriented with a professional demeanorProficiency in Microsoft OfficeCommitment to compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirementsWhy Join DAS Health?Remote-first flexibility with a collaborative, growth-oriented cultureOpportunity to work closely with healthcare organizations and make a direct impactAccess to industry-leading tools, training, and developmentCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package
