As a vital part of our onboarding and optimization processes, the technical consulting team ensures our customers utilize Outreach to the fullest technical potential while adhering to best practices.About the RoleAs a Sr. Technical Consultant you will play an important role working as a technical subject matter expert in a wide variety of SaaS technologies within the Professional Services line of business. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will work closely with internal and external consultants and technology experts to implement, upgrade, and configure various solutions in our sales engagement platform. This role will play a key part in our expanding AI initiatives, supporting customers in enabling and configuring AI capabilities within our platform. You will also act as a trusted advisor, helping organizations adopt and operationalize AI to drive measurable business value. You also have a demonstrated ability to enact creative technical testing and troubleshooting processesConsultant & Trusted Advisor - You have the ability to discover the “how” and “why” of proposed solutions to determine feasibility and suggest alternativesStrategic Problem Solver - You have a history of collaborating with teammates and enterprise level customers to solve difficult problems. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, location and experience.
