The ideal candidate will have had 6+ years of experience and grown within their organization, demonstrating both results and leadership. A great candidate is a seasoned Golang backend engineer who has built and scaled production systems in a fast-moving startup environment, pairing deep technical mastery with low-ego, high-ownership collaboration. They are diligent and they design software architecture in a scalable manner.
