ZIVENTRA is hiring: AI QA Automation Lead / QA Engineering LeadWe are looking for an experienced AI QA Automation Lead with strong expertise in AI-powered testing platforms, intelligent automation frameworks, and modern quality engineering practices.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement AI-powered QA strategies leveraging machine learning for predictive quality analytics and intelligent defect predictionBuild next-generation automation frameworks with self-healing scripts and adaptive test coverage analysisDevelop AI-driven quality dashboards and actionable insights for risk forecasting and continuous improvementLead adoption of Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Testing practices for AI-enhanced development cyclesImplement streamlined QA processes to accelerate delivery while maintaining strong quality standardsCollaborate closely with Development, Product, and Operations teams to drive quality across the SDLCMentor QA engineers on AI-powered testing tools and modern automation methodologiesDrive innovation initiatives around emerging AI technologies and intelligent testing solutionsPromote a strong “quality at speed” engineering cultureRequired Skills:Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing platforms such as Testim, Mabl, Applitools, Functionize, or similar toolsStrong expertise in Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and AppiumExperience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, containerization, and cloud-native testing environmentsStrong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScriptExperience implementing AI-driven testing methodologies and automation strategiesStrong understanding of predictive analytics, intelligent reporting, and defect management solutionsExperience with API automation, performance testing, and security testingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsRequirements:5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance2+ years of experience in a leadership role3+ years of hands-on experience with AI-driven testing tools and methodologiesProven experience driving QA transformation and innovation initiativesExperience working in Agile and fast-paced engineering environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in enterprise modernization or digital transformation programs is a plusPassion for AI technologies and continuous improvement cultureShare your resume at: paragi@ziventra.com
