Our clinical model is supported by a strong operational backbone that ensures patients and providers have seamless, reliable, and ethical care experiences.We are seeking a Billing, Credentialing & Back-Office Operations Coordinator to support revenue cycle operations, provider onboarding, and administrative workflows that enable our clinicians to deliver high-quality care at scale. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, systems-driven, and excited to help build operational processes in a growing, mission-driven healthcare startup.What You’ll DoBilling & Revenue Cycle ManagementManage day-to-day billing workflows, including claims submission, reconciliation, and follow-upTrack and resolve claim denials and follow up with payers to ensure timely reimbursementMaintain accurate billing, insurance, and provider records within EMR and practice management systemsSupport revenue cycle reporting and collaborate with operations leadership to improve efficiencyCredentialing & Provider EnrollmentManage credentialing and payer enrollment for new Registered Dietitians (RDs)Track credentialing timelines to ensure clinicians are onboarded and billable as efficiently as possibleMaintain up-to-date provider licenses, credentials, and payer statusesEnsure provider capacity keeps pace with patient growthBack-Office & Administrative OperationsSupport onboarding of clinicians into EMRs, billing systems, and administrative workflowsMaintain accurate provider and administrative data across internal systemsAssist with scheduling, data entry, and clinician administrative support as neededCollaborate with leadership to streamline workflows and build scalable operational processesCompliance & CommunicationEnsure compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements across all workflowsServe as a point of contact for clinicians and patients regarding administrative and billing questionsCommunicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically in a patient-centered care environmentWhat You BringRequired1+ years of healthcare administration experiencePrior experience with medical billing, insurance claims, denials, or RCM workflowsStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailComfort with EMRs, billing software, spreadsheets, and Google WorkspaceAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environmentPreferredExperience with credentialing, payer enrollment, or provider onboardingExperience in behavioral health, nutrition, or eating disorder practicesFamiliarity with EMRs such as SimplePractice, Healthie, or similar systemsWorking knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codesWhat We’re Looking ForA problem-solver with a process-first mindsetHighly reliable, proactive, and detail-orientedComfortable with ambiguity and rapid growth environmentsClear, timely communicator and strong collaboratorCommitted to equity, respect, and patient-centered careWhat We OfferCompetitive payHealth, dental, and vision insurance (for full-time roles)Home technology reimbursementFlexible scheduling within core business hoursProfessional growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling health organization
