About the roleWe’re looking for someone who can own the numbers behind growth. We work with multiple e-commerce brands scaling them and sharp execution. This role sits at the intersection of finance, ads, and decision-making.What you’ll doTrack and manage ad spends vs budgets across brandsOwn P&L visibility — revenue, costs, and profitabilityIdentify gaps, leakages, and scale opportunitiesWork closely with founders & marketing teams on where to double downBuild simple dashboards / trackers to drive decisionsWhat we’re looking for4–6 years in e-commerce / D2C / agency / startup rolesStrong understanding of ads metrics (CAC, ROAS, etc.)Comfortable with numbers, Excel/Sheets, and basic analysisSomeone who thinks like an operator, not just a reporterIf you like connecting money → marketing → growth, this will be fun :)
