Vibe STR Management Is Hiring!My name is Josh. I’m a realtor and entrepreneur focused on short-term rental investing and property management, with several additional projects in development. I’m looking for a highly capable Vibe Attendant to support our business Vibe Short Term Rental Management.This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, proactive, and able to execute with minimal direction. Responsibilities include content creation, marketing support, and operational tasks such as video editing, AI-generated media, social media management, answering guest messages and calls, and independently learning new software and platforms.You must be comfortable with technology and AI, confident in customer relations, and an excellent communicator. I am specifically looking for someone with a big personality who takes initiative and brings energy to their work—this is non-negotiable.
