This means the team is directly involved in scaling and optimizing businesses from the inside, not just executing campaigns.The RoleThis role is focused on building and managing a centralized, AI-driven marketing engine that improves execution speed, consistency, and performance across multiple brands.You will take ownership of AI-powered marketing workflows and automation systems, working closely with both marketing and technical stakeholders.This is a mid-level to senior, hands-on role for someone who can build, manage, and continuously improve automation systems — combining marketing understanding with technical execution.The focus is on practical implementation, not experimentation.Role DetailsCommitment: Part-Time (~20 hours/week)Location: Fully RemoteWorking Hours: Overlap with 8 AM – 4 PM Pacific TimeEngagement: Independent ContractorStart Date: ASAPMonthly Rate: $700-900, depending on level of experienceWhat You’ll Do1. Marketing Automation ExecutionA. SEO & Content (Organic Growth Engine)Conduct keyword research and clustering (high-intent focus)Build AI-assisted content pipelines (blogs, landing pages)Optimize existing content and improve rankingsImplement internal linking, metadata, and schema strategiesPerform competitor content analysisB.
