About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator with a proven track record in full-cycle international recruitment to join our growing team at QMCC. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end hiring processes across multiple countries (particularly the USA and Canada).This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and strong familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), including USD ATS or equivalent platforms.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Develop and implement effective international sourcing strategies to attract top talent across diverse markets.Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.Utilize ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines, update records, and ensure compliance with internal processes.Conduct thorough candidate assessments and reference checks.Maintain a strong network of passive and active candidates for current and future needs.Prepare and present regular recruitment reports and analytics.Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.Required Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in international (US/Canada) markets.Proven ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously across different regions and time zones.Hands-on experience with ATS systems (preferably USD ATS).Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.Strong knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and job boards.Ability to work independently and manage recruitment projects under tight deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
