Delivery Method: - We deliver this through 1-on-1 mentorship, an active community, and a course taught by coaches who are actively running Amazon businesses today. Role Overview: - We are hiring a RevOps & Business Systems Manager to own the systems, automation, and operational backbone of our business. - You will be the person who makes our sales & marketing engine run flawlessly, our customer success motion operate without friction, our financial systems stay clean, and our new hires onboard seamlessly. - Every automation that touches this business will be yours to build, own, and improve. - This is a builder role, not a strategy seat. - You will be in Make, N8N, GHL, Close, Airtable, and Claude every single day shipping automations that move the business forward. - If you love connecting tools, designing workflows, and watching chaos turn into clean repeatable systems — and you want to do it inside a high-performance team scaling to $5M ARR — this is for you. What You Will Own: Sales & Marketing: - Our CRMs (GoHighLevel + Close.io). - Marketing automation in ActiveCampaign. - Server-side tracking via CAPIs. - No-show recovery flows. - The full funnel dashboards leadership runs the business on. Customer Success: - The entire student journey from post-close kickoff through milestones and renewals. - At-risk detection. - Engagement automations. - Support workflows. Financial Systems: - Integrations between QuickBooks, our CRMs, and payment processors. - Commission tracking. - Financial dashboards for leadership. New Hire Onboarding: - Automated workflows for every advisor, triager, and ops hire. - Account provisioning. - Training paths. - SOPs that get people productive in days, not weeks. New Product Launches: - Partner with leadership on every new product or service we ship. - Funnel. - Landing pages. - Tracking. - CRM flows. - Attribution. - Fulfillment handoffs. - End to end. Tech Stack: Automation: - Make. - N8N. - Zapier. - Slack. AI: - Claude. - OpenAI. - AI-powered automation workflows. CRMs: - GoHighLevel. - Close.io. Marketing: - ActiveCampaign. Data: - Airtable. - Google Sheets. Financial: - QuickBooks. Web: - WordPress. - Basic HTML. Integrations: - Webhooks. - Calendly. - API connections. What We Are Looking For: Must have: - 3+ years of hands-on experience building automations and owning systems in a business operations / RevOps / automation engineering role. - Deep, hands-on experience with Make and/or N8N — you have personally built complex multi-step automations with error handling, branching logic, and webhooks. - Strong experience in at least one CRM (GoHighLevel or Close.io preferred; HubSpot or similar acceptable). - Working knowledge of server-side conversion tracking (CAPIs) — you have actually set these up, not just heard of them. - Fluent with AI tools and Claude — you use them daily to ship faster and build smarter automations. - Comfort with webhooks, APIs, and basic HTML — you do not get stuck when an integration needs custom work. - Process-driven thinker who spots inefficiency and ships clean solutions. You Should Not Apply If: - You currently have (or want to keep) multiple clients; this is a full-time, all-in role. - We are not hiring a freelancer or one of several engagements. - If you are not ready to focus 100% on this role, it is not for you. - You are looking for a passive, low-pressure environment. - You cannot take direct feedback without taking it personally. - You have used these tools but never actually built end-to-end systems with them.
