Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance features within an existing open-source Odoo-based product; write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Python (backend) and JavaScript (frontend); work with the Odoo framework, including Owl framework development; design and interact with a PostgreSQL database; collaborate with Product Owners and QA engineers to clarify and solidify requirements prior to development; participate in and conduct peer code reviews; work effectively both independently and as part of a distributed (U.S. and offshore) development team.Required Qualifications: Strong coding skills with a demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt; proven experience with Python and JavaScript; hands-on experience with Odoo development (required); experience with the Owl framework (required); comfortable working with PostgreSQL; excellent communication skills; ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
