ROLEWe need an experienced Federal Healthcare Regulatory Compliance Advisor at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) supporting the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) Program. The FTCA Program provides medical malpractice liability protection to federally funded health centers and free clinics, requiring rigorous credentialing, quality assurance, and compliance oversight to reduce federal liability risk. As the FTCA Deeming Advisor, you will support FTCA program policy interpretation and implementation, develop and revise policies and procedures, and manage and respond to compliance inquiries. You will deliver technical assistance to deemed entities, provide guidance on deeming status and compliance requirements, direct health centers to relevant FTCA resources, and collaborate with HRSA staff to ensure deemed entities understand and meet ongoing program obligations. This is a full-time opportunity.
