Job DescriptionThe Go-To-Market (GTM) Program Manager – Provider Solutions plays a critical role in executing our most impactful product and technology initiatives.IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE:Drive strategic alignment. Your work ensures we have a clear vision and plan to deliver value to our customers.Shape our culture. You're the central figure in a multidisciplinary team, setting the standard for collaboration, decision-making, and speed to delivery.Deliver results. Your program management expertise is essential to delivering quantifiable results: sales pipeline development, deal closure, customer retention, and market feedback for new product ideation.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Own end-to-end program management for product and feature launches, including packaging, pricing, outbound messaging, and sales enablement.Develop and execute partnership strategies to enhance market reach and drive channel integrations.Drive post-launch customer value storytelling through qualitative insights, customer references, and case studies.Lead GTM reporting activities, including executive readouts, KPI tracking, and transparent communication.Identify risks and dependencies, resolving blockers through mitigation planning and timely escalation.Create artifacts and communication methods for senior leadership and Board of Directors updates.Develop and implement best practices to scale GTM program management across products and teams.Cross-train other program managers to expand and mature GTM program management capabilities.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:3+ years of hands-on project or program management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex healthcare solutions to market efficiently.Working knowledge of EHRs, clinical documentation workflows, coding, claims, or reimbursement processesExceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams.Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with the ability to pivot and prioritize effectively.Experience in marketing, strategy, or business development within a health IT or healthcare services SaaS-based company, is strongly preferred.Executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to convey concepts clearly to technical, non-technical, and senior leadership audiences.A collaborative spirit and a strong voice, whether loud or quiet. We value your perspective, ideas, and questions, as well as your ability to foster shared understanding and success.Salary Range$100,000 - $135,000 a yearCompensation at IMO Health is determined by job level, role requirements, and each candidate's experience, skills, and location. The listed base pay represents the target for new hires with individual compensation varying accordingly. These figures exclude potential bonuses, equity, or sales incentives, which may also be part of the total compensation package.
