This helps them earn more since they are paid and managed by the client themselves.Job Title: Real Estate - Transaction Coordinator (100% Work From Home)Schedule: US Business Hours (EST, CST, MST, PST), depending per clientQualifications:Proven experience of at least 1 year of work experience as a Transaction Coordinator of a US-based Real Estate Investing CompanyStrong understanding of real estate contracts, documents, and transaction processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in relevant software applications, including MLS systems, document management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.Understanding of Real Estate wholesalingAdvanced/Native English Level C1/C2Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping.Proficient in Real Estate CRMsResponsibilities:Coordinate all aspects of the real estate transaction process, including opening escrow, drafting contracts, and preparing closing documents.Serve as the main point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, escrow officers, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction.Facilitate communication and ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests from all parties involved in the transaction.Schedule and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services required for the transaction.Review contracts and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Monitor deadlines and ensure that all necessary tasks are completed within established timelines.Prepare and distribute status updates, reports, and other relevant information to keep stakeholders informed of the transaction progress.Maintain organized files and records for each transaction, ensuring all documentation is complete and readily accessible.Assist in resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during the transaction process.Technical Requirements:Laptop/Desktop (Processor must be at least i3, OS must be at least Windows 10)Wired Internet Connection (Download and Upload speeds must be above 10 mbps)Backup Computer (any accessible computer in case of issues with main computer)Backup Internet Connection (any alternative connection such as backup location in case of issues with main internet provider)USB Noise-canceling HeadsetWebcam/Laptop Camera
