Their products are available online and in physical grocery stores. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support weekly reporting, P&L creation, and financial planning and analysis.About the RoleWe're looking for a sharp and proactive Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be essential to our company's financial health, helping us track our performance, forecast future growth, and make smarter strategic decisions.You'll be responsible for the core functions of our financial reporting, including tracking and capturing company expenses and analyzing our marketing performance. A key part of your work will involve developing and maintaining financial models to analyze business performance and forecasting revenue and expenses.Ultimately, you'll use these insights to provide actionable financial recommendations to the management team, ensuring we are on track for continued success.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack and capture company expenses using Google Sheets/Excel modelsTrack and analyze weekly and monthly marketing reportingDevelop and maintain financial models to analyze business performanceForecast revenue and expenses to support strategic decision-makingProvide financial insights and recommendations to the management teamEnsure accurate and timely financial reportingQualifications2–4 years of experience in Financial AnalysisProficiency in Excel and Google SheetsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsClear and effective communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionConversant in company financials with little to no additional training neededFamiliar with marketing platforms like Meta, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.Familiar with Shopify is a plusAssessment RequirementExample of Financial Model Required ideally
