We are committed to fostering strong relationships, supporting local economic growth, and we believe in the power of being an integral part of the community we serve.Role DescriptionThe Card Operations Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, compliant, and secure operation of the bank’s card products (debit, credit, and prepaid). This role supports daily processing, reconciliation, compliance, reporting, and process improvement for card-related operations, working closely with Card Program Managers, vendors, and network partners.In this role you will:Review and manage monthly card network invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.Prepare and submit quarterly reporting deliverables on card networks, including Visa QOC and Mastercard QMR.Generate and distribute monthly internal reporting metrics related to card program performance.Monitor daily card program metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.Oversee vendor relationships related to the card program, including onboarding, performance reviews, and contract management.Manage the service provider validation process in accordance with network requirements and internal policies.Own and maintain responses to internal and external questionnaires, ensuring consistency and alignment.Create, update, and manage procedures and documentation to support card operations.Support compliance with card network (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) regulations and internal risk management policies.Analyze and document card operations processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and automation.Support Card Program Management with relevant tasks associated with all card-related partnersAll other duties as assignedQualifications:A minimum of 3-5 years in card operations, payments, or a related fintech/banking environmentWorking knowledge of card industry best practices, including EMV standards, card manufacturing, and fulfillmentHighly organized with strong attention to detailStrong project management skills and management of development, maintenance and support teamsClient first mentalityStrong judgment, instincts and analytical skillsWillingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced startup environmentStrong organizational skills with experience in managing multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneouslySelf starter, engaged, proactive and ready to roll up your sleevesWhat we offer:Competitive compensation based on experience, geographic location, and roleMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k Matching, and other wellness benefits, including FSA, HSA and HRAPaid parental leaveFlexible vacation policy, including PTO and paid holidaysA fun and challenging team environment in a dynamic industry with ample opportunities for career growth
