Location: Philadelphia, Baltimore, or Washington, DC region (Remote) Travel: 20–40% Envinity – Building Energy Solutions (BES) Envinity’s Building Energy Solutions (BES) division is expanding, and we’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager II to help shape the future of energy efficiency in the healthcare sector across the MidAtlantic. This role supports energy efficiency, commissioning (Cx), and building optimization projects for hospitals and institutional clients. If you’re passionate about sustainability, strategic growth, and building meaningful client partnerships, this is your chance to make a real impact on decarbonizing the built environment. What You’ll Do Lead strategic growth for healthcare accounts across the MidAtlantic region Build strong, long-term relationships with client decisionmakers Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing Oversee project performance to ensure scope, budget, and client expectations are met Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and project managers Represent Envinity at industry events and professional organizations Help shape innovative energy solutions that create healthier, more efficient buildings Shape Who You Are A relationship builder with a strong track record in B2B sales (5+ years) A confident project manager who balances multiple priorities with ease A clear, persuasive communicator who builds trust with decisionmakers Passionate about sustainability, energy solutions, and smart buildings Comfortable working remotely with 20–40% travel Bonus: Experience with commissioning (Cx), MEP systems, or energy related financing tools Shape What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience Proven success in consultative, solutions focused sales Strong presentation and relationship building skills Ability to navigate complex accounts and influence key stakeholders Familiarity with energy efficiency, building systems, or financing programs (CPACE, PPA, incentives) is a plus Shape Why You’ll Love Working at Envinity Competitive salary + robust health, vision, dental, and retirement benefits with IRA match).
