We are looking for a Junior Web Developer to support our current Web Developer and assist with website updates, landing pages, SEO improvements, and ongoing optimizations. This is a support role with opportunity for growth. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Web Developer with strong experience in WordPress and Elementor. This role focuses on assisting with website builds, page updates, SEO implementation, and technical improvements under the supervision of our lead developer. You will help maintain, optimize, and improve multiple websites while learning advanced systems and workflows. Core Responsibilities WordPress & Elementor Support Strong experience using WordPress and Elementor. Ability to build and edit pages using Elementor Pro. Assist in website layout updates and section redesigns. Implement responsive adjustments for mobile and tablet. Support blog uploads and formatting. Technical Support Basic understanding of HTML and CSS. Ability to troubleshoot layout or plugin conflicts. Optimize images and improve page speed. Assist in plugin updates and website maintenance. Mobile Optimization Ensure proper display across devices. Strong focus on iPhone and Safari compatibility. SEO Implementation Assist in on-page SEO updates. Upload and optimize blog content. Implement meta titles, descriptions, and alt text. Support keyword implementation guided by strategy. Requirements At least 1 year of experience working with WordPress. Strong knowledge of Elementor. Basic understanding of SEO principles. Comfortable working inside Google Analytics and Search Console (basic level). Strong written English. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to follow structured processes and instructions. Reliable internet connection and personal computer. Nice to Have Experience with booking platforms. Experience with landing page optimization. Basic knowledge of page speed tools. Experience working remotely with international teams. Working Structure 20 to 25 hours per week depending on workload. Payment can be weekly or per project. 100 percent remote. Flexible schedule with deadline-based deliverables. Growth Opportunity This role is designed as a support position under our current Web Developer, with potential to grow into a more independent role over time based on performance.
