Our high retention rate is influenced by a unique compensation program for positions that are more than just jobs - they're chances to grow, do what you love and build a career with us!Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking two new team members to join our organization.One will be based in Madrid and the other in Barcelona.Both positions are designed to provide on-demand support to our Operations departments, meaning that while these individuals will be officially assigned to a different department within the company, they will remain actively involved in supporting various operational needs as they arise.This dual-role structure offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across departments, contribute to key business functions, and develop a well-rounded understanding of our operational workflows.
