Job DescriptionMars Men is a rapidly scaling health and wellness company operating across ecommerce, marketplaces, and digital media. As we grow, strengthening our internal security infrastructure is a key priority.We are looking for a Security & IT Consultant to review our current systems and implement the protocols and policies needed to ensure strong data security across the organization. This role will focus on system access, security standards, and internal IT practices for a distributed remote team.This role will begin as a part time consulting engagement with the potential to transition into a full time position as the company scales.What You'll DoReview current systems and identify security risks or gapsImplement company wide security protocols across core toolsEstablish access management policies across platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and ShopifyImplement standards such as multi factor authentication, password policies, and device security requirementsDesign structured onboarding and offboarding processes for system accessDocument internal security policies and IT practicesProvide guidance on secure implementation of new tools and systemsMust Have Requirements5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or security rolesExperience implementing security practices across modern SaaS environmentsStrong understanding of identity and access managementExperience working with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and other cloud based systemsAbility to identify risks and implement practical security solutionsStrong organizational and documentation skillsAI DisclaimerWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
