This team is responsible for redesigning the member experience around AI-enabled personalization, clinical intelligence and predictive care pathways, ensuring that every member receives the right interaction at the right time through the optimal modality (automation, content, coaching, clinician intervention).The Senior Group PM, Member Experience leads a portfolio of critical initiatives that directly drive revenue realization, engagement/retention, outcomes (5%+ WL)AI and is accountable for building a simplified, adaptive, delightful member experience that scales across clinical and behavioral programs.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and articulate a long-term MX strategy grounded in personalization, behavior change and clinical intelligence.Define the North Star for member engagement and the metrics ladder beneath it.Translate the 2.0 vision (the Interaction Machine) into a concrete roadmap.Personalize journeys (My Path), habit loops and adaptive clinical nudges.Progress dashboards rooted in clinical data, outcomes and behavior.Automate content/habit recommendations powered by LLMs + ML models.Deliver dynamic visit cadence + async/sync clinical workflow integration.Build durable, scalable systems (not one-off features).Ship fewer, larger, high-leverage bets with clear ROI.Ensure MX is represented in enterprise client discussions, sales materials and ROI analysis.Partner tightly with Onboarding PMs and Clinical Experience PMs to ensure a seamless journey.Bring clarity, crisp writing and measurable thinking into every forum.QualificationsBachelors Degree at a minimum.7-10+ years in product management, with at least 2 years managing PMs.Experience shipping consumer or patient-facing experiences at scale.Proven track record improving engagement, retention or habit-building.Comfortable working with ML/AI teams or building highly personalized systems.Strong data and insights muscles (SQL and experimentation familiarity strongly preferred).Ability to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.PreferredHealthcare experience: condition-based programs, telehealth, care management, behavioral health, GLP-1.Experience with LLM-driven products or personalization engines.Background in behavioral design (BJ Fogg, COM-B, habit formation, etc.).Salary$190,000 - $215,000 a yearClosing remarksVida is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.Diversity is more than a commitment at Vida—it is the foundation of what we do.
