Sales Supervisor — Revenue Growth & Performance (Smarthome.ai)
Role Overview
The Sales Supervisor at Smarthome.ai is a frontline revenue leader responsible for driving high-performance sales execution across a team of agents and supervisors. This role is not about managing a traditional call center—it is about building a growth engine, improving conversion, increasing revenue per customer, and delivering consistent performance through coaching, accountability, and KPI ownership.
This position is critical to scaling Smarthome.ai’s sales organization in the technology and smart home solutions space. The ideal candidate is data-driven, commercially sharp, and capable of leading teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Sales Execution
• Lead and support sales agents and supervisors to achieve aggressive daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
• Drive performance across the full sales funnel, from lead handling to closing and upselling.
• Ensure the team consistently delivers against conversion, revenue, and productivity benchmarks.
KPI Ownership & Scorecard Management
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators, including:
• Conversion rate
• Revenue per sale
• Sales volume
• Productivity per agent
• Retention and upsell performance
• Maintain clear performance scorecards and ensure visibility for leadership reporting.
Coaching, Development & Accountability
• Provide daily coaching, structured feedback, and performance follow-up to improve execution.
• Identify skill gaps and implement targeted development plans for agents and supervisors.
• Build a culture of urgency, ownership, and high standards.
Quality, Compliance & Customer Experience
• Ensure compliance with sales policies, customer experience standards, and operational procedures.
• Partner with Quality Assurance to maintain strong call and sales quality outcomes.
• Balance speed and performance with professionalism and customer trust.
Cross-Functional Performance Optimization
• Coordinate closely with QA, Training, Workforce Management (WFM), and Operations to address performance gaps.
• Support rollout of new scripts, product launches, pricing changes, and sales initiatives.
• Provide feedback loops to improve tools, processes, and sales effectiveness.

Requirements
Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in sales leadership, ideally in high-velocity or inside sales environments.
• 2–3 years of experience managing teams of sales agents and/or supervisors.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through coaching and KPI execution.
Performance & Reporting
• Strong experience working with sales KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Ability to manage team performance through structured scorecards and daily execution rhythms.
Language & Communication
• Advanced Spanish and English proficiency (C1 level required).
• Strong leadership communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
Tools & Systems
• Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency (reporting, tracking, performance metrics).
• Experience with CRM tools and sales enablement systems preferred.
