Role: AI Engineer (Agentic AI). Design & implement Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) on Google Cloud; Architect HITL workflows for critical decision-making; Implement advanced reasoning patterns (CoT, ReAct, Self-Reflection); Optimize long-context processing; Establish AI evaluation frameworks (Precision, Recall, F1); Deploy, debug & perform RCA for agent systems. Must-Have: Python, GCP/Vertex AI, Agentic AI & sequential workflows, AI evaluation metrics, LLM tuning, multi-agent architectures & deployment; Implementing Interrupt & Resume human validation workflows; strong collaboration. Nice-to-have: A2A, MCP, CI/CD for multi-agent frameworks; Knowledge Graph + LLM integration; Memory-bank based agent communication. Ideal candidate: experience building/deploying agent-based AI on GCP within Agile environments.
