âś…Key Responsibilities:
1. End‑to‑End Architecture Ownership
* Own E2E architecture for fulfilment, provisioning, and activation across IT and network domains.
* Define solution designs that connect digital channels, CRM, order management, orchestration, inventory, activation platforms, and network elements.
* Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, security policies, and target-state roadmaps.
2. Provisioning & Activation Architecture
* Design provisioning and activation flows for:
* Mobile: SIM provisioning, 4G/5G activation, IMS/VoLTE, subscriber updates
* Fixed: FTTC/FTTP, broadband (ONT/OLT/DSLAM), voice, IPTV
* Enterprise: Ethernet, MPLS, SIP Trunking, SD‑WAN, VPN
* Define service models, technical dependency trees, and orchestration sequences.
* Establish fallback and exception-handling logic to reduce order fallout.
3. Fulfilment & Orchestration Design
* Develop orchestration blueprints using:
* Service fulfilment/orchestration platforms (e.g., OSM, TIBCO, Netcracker, Ericsson ENM workflows, custom orchestrators)
* Workflow engines (Camunda, JBPM, BPMN 2.0)
* Define end‑to‑end flows for:
* Order decomposition
* Provisioning task flows
* Activation commands
* Post‑activation testing
* Ensure fulfilment flows are catalog‑driven and reusable across products.
4. Cross‑Domain Integration
* Design and govern APIs and integration contracts across:
* Order management
* Inventory
* Network activation platforms
* Billing/charging
* Assurance and monitoring systems
* Promote API‑first and event-driven patterns for provisioning-triggered updates (e.g., Kafka).
5. Governance & Documentation
* Lead design walkthroughs, architecture review boards, and vendor assessments.
* Produce:
* High-Level Designs (HLD)
* Low-Level Designs (LLD)
* C4 diagrams
* Sequence diagrams
* Integration maps
* Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
* Ensure documentation meets operational and audit standards.

Strong understanding of:
