At Idego, we empower organisations to become truly data-enabled. Unlike every consulting firm that offers "value out of the box," we understand that sustainable impact comes from building a solid foundation first. We don’t just deliver solutions; we partner with you to gradually create value as we evolve your capabilities. Here’s what we offer: - Extend the Data Team's capabilities when demand exceeds resources. - End-to-End Project Delivery. We help two key groups of professionals: Finance Directors, when: - Financial data reporting remains an extremely slow and tedious process, relying on manual data consolidation in Excel and reporting in PowerPoint. - The finance team regularly focuses on collecting and verifying data, rather than analysing it and advising business partners on where they could add value. - There is a lack of the ability to perform ad hoc/self-service analyses by business users without technical expertise. Every request has to be delivered by the Data Team, which significantly extends the time. Data Leaders, when: - Your team can’t handle all the work that is coming your way, and you know that you can’t argue for more resources within the organisation, nor can you find relevant skills elsewhere. - The current project workload may overwhelm the team, but once it’s complete, you fear having idle staff and no further projects in the pipeline. Consequently, the organisation is reluctant to invest in growing a non-core team. - You need to demonstrate value by delivering your first high-impact projects, building credibility for your team, and gaining the mandate to continue. Why Idego and not the "big names"? - We try harder - Cost-effective: We avoid over-engineering problems and offer realistic pricing. - We focus on practical, actionable insights—not overcomplicated solutions.
