Responsibilities
· Responsible for leading and managing a team of SFDC, ASM (L2/L3), and Lightning Certification developers.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions for complex business requirements.
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
· Participate in the design, architecture, and development of new features and enhancements to the Salesforce platform.
· Implement best practices and standards for software development, testing, and deployment.
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of the Salesforce platform.
· Engage in knowledge-sharing activities, such as conducting training sessions and workshops, to upskill the team.
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Qualifications:
· Total 10+ years of experience, 3-6 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on SFDC, ASM (L2/L3), and Lightning Certification.
· Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce Platform Development.
· Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
· Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Effective communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
· Mandatory Skills: SFDC Architecture, LWC, Integration.
· Certification: PD1 and PD2 are mandatory; any architect certificate is a plus.
· Shift Timings: 1 PM - 10 PM.
· Experience Required: 12-15 years.
· Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore.
