Location: Remote. Compensation: $7/hour (USD) + commission opportunities. Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (some Saturdays). Type: Full-time, Contractor 1099. If you're great with customers, love keeping things running smoothly, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this might be the perfect role for you. What You’ll Do: * Help manage our roofing jobs from start to finish. * Communicate with homeowners about schedules, updates, and timelines. * Coordinate with suppliers and vendors. * Handle permits, reports, and materials. * Keep our CRM and systems updated and accurate. * Be the bridge between our sales and production teams. * Invoice and collect payments. * Ask for feedback and reviews with a smile. * Make our customers feel confident, cared for, and informed throughout the entire project. What We’re Looking For: * Dispatching or scheduling experience (required). * Strong communication skills (Bilingual - Spanish and English is a must). * Organized and detail-oriented—you never miss a follow-up. * Tech-savvy and comfortable using apps, CRMs, and project tools. * Positive attitude and a warm personality. * Able to multitask and work independently.
