We are seeking a Senior Associate, Director of Site Optimization to drive change, innovation, and process improvements within the assigned region. The role involves collaborating with regional vice presidents to coach and guide site medical directors on leadership effectiveness and continuous process improvement. The successful candidate will monitor key quality, safety, and operational metrics, develop timelines for improvement, and lead large-scale process improvement projects. This position requires strong managerial and interpersonal skills, in-depth knowledge of ED operations and patient flow, and the ability to influence hospital leadership and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree or be in a master's program in nursing leadership, healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline, along with at least 10 years of nursing, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner experience with 5 years in the emergency department, and at least 5 years of healthcare leadership experience. The salary range for this position is $103,887 - $173,145, and it will be determined based on knowledge, skills, experience, education, geographical location, and requirements stated in the job description.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with regional vice presidents to identify priority sites requiring improvement
- Manage relationships with sites in the assigned division, including medical directors, hospital leaders, and nursing leadership
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives and develop a daily dashboard for departmental progress
- Monitor key quality, safety, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and track site progress toward goals
- Develop timelines for improvement and manage progress using the PDCA tracking sheet
- Lead large-scale process improvement projects and share best practices across the organization
