Responsibilities

The Bilingual Advisor’s primary responsibility is to secure reservations for customers who call in, providing excellent customer service to persuade them to finalize their bookings. Working Hours: * 45 hours fully on-site - Medellín. * Availability from Monday to Sunday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (rotating shifts). * Two non-consecutive days off per week. * If your shift ends after 10:00 PM, the company provides transportation within the urban area of Medellín, along with night and holiday bonuses. * Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Requirements: * High-level English communication skills (B2 proficiency, 80-85%). * Extroverted, dynamic, friendly, and proactive personality (essential for a sales profile). * Sales experience (at least 6 months). * Not currently enrolled in studies. Note: This position requires signing a PCI policy before joining the company. Commission Structure: * Divided into two types: Solvo commissions (cash) and allied commissions (gift cards). * Quincenal (Solvo) and weekly (Gift cards) payment cycles. * Quincenal commissions range from COP 150,000 to 500,000. * Gift cards (Mastercard, usable at any commercial establishment) yield around COP 50,000 to 100,000 weekly. * Additional contests allow advisors to win prizes such as wireless headphones, TVs, and more gift cards (performance-dependent). Bonus and Contests: Weekly USD bonuses based on hours worked: * Agents completing 42 hours receive $25. * Agents completing 41 hours receive $20. * Agents completing 40 hours receive $15. * These bonuses are paid every 4 weeks and can be used virtually (Juju Bonuses) at most commercial establishments. * Weekly contests offer additional incentives, including gift cards from the Viva shopping center and technology prizes. These rewards are separate from commissions and Fat Pockets.
