Requirements and responsibilities


⚠️ Work schedule: * Monday - Friday, from 8:30 AM (EST) to 5 PM (EST). * Once every three months: Thursday - Monday, from 8:30 AM (EST) to 5 PM (EST). Requirements: * Fully fluent in English (spoken and written). * Solution-oriented and customer service-focused. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively. * Call center experience. * Help desk experience. * Excellent computer knowledge of Office Suite * CRM experience is a nice to have. * Able to work under pressure and within a constantly changing environment. * Autonomous, resourceful, and a team player. * Minimum 50 Mbps of internet connection (this will be tested). Responsibilities: * Deliver service and support to end-users. * Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, sales, and requests about Artika products or Care Services. * Gather customer information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms. * Research required information using available resources and redirecting problems to the appropriate resource. * Follow standard processes and procedures. Improve client references by writing and maintaining documentation. * Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications. * Accurately process and record call transactions using designated tracking software. * Offer alternative solutions to retain customers and retailers' business when appropriate. * Follow up and make scheduled emails or callbacks to retailers or customers. * Promote the wide range of Artika products offered. * Support sales to provide seamless and continuous customer service.
