San Francisco Bay Area employees are highly encouraged to come into the office one day a week.What You'll Be Doing:Design and build features in the AllTrails iOS app that power our on-trail navigation experienceCollaborate with cross-functional partners from design and product managementIdentify and squash bugsDeliver performant, reliable, scalable and secure codeMonitor performance and addressing scaling issuesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalentDemonstrable projects and results from 5+ years of developing native iOS applicationsSignificant Swift and Objective-C experienceProficiency with XCode, including Auto LayoutFamiliarity with RESTful APIsExperience with CoreData, SQLite and other offline persistence technologiesA strong understanding of iOS concurrency techniques (Dispatch Queues, Operation Queues, etc)Proficiency with Git/Github or other distributed version control systemsSelf-motivation and a deep sense of pride in your workCuriosity, humility, and open-mindednessPassion about mobile technologies and AllTrails’ mission to connect people to the outdoorsAI Native: You naturally incorporate AI tools to enhance your work.
