Requirements and responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced ERP Integration Specialist with expertise in Oracle NetSuite to support our end-to-end platform responsible for processing transactions between brands and online marketplaces. This role will ensure smooth system integrations, set up new vendors and channels, and maintain the ERP infrastructure essential to our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of NetSuite, strong programming skills, and a solid grasp of architectural design for interconnected systems. Responsibilities > NetSuite Management & Optimization: • Manage and optimize our NetSuite ERP system to support the transaction flow between brands and marketplaces. • Configure NetSuite to suit our business requirements, including creating and managing workflows, fields, forms, roles, permissions, and reporting. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within NetSuite in collaboration with cross-functional teams. > Integration Development & Support: • Develop, test, and deploy integrations between NetSuite and other business systems, including online marketplaces, logistics providers, and third-party applications. • Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to integrate new tools and maintain seamless data flows. Write custom scripts and utilize APIs to automate and optimize transactions. > Vendor and Channel Setup: • Onboard and set up new vendors in NetSuite, ensuring proper configuration to meet the company's transaction and reporting needs. • Establish new sales channels within NetSuite to ensure alignment with marketplace requirements and company protocols. > System Architecture & Support: • Design and maintain a robust system architecture that ensures data accuracy, security, and scalability across integrated platforms. • Monitor and maintain data flows, proactively identifying and addressing potential system issues to maintain efficiency and reliability. > Documentation & Training: • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for integrations, configurations, and workflows. • Train end-users and provide support for NetSuite-related processes and best practices. Qualifications: > Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience. > Experience: • Proven experience (3+ years) with NetSuite ERP system administration and customization. • Strong background in system integration, specifically integrating NetSuite with other applications and platforms. • Experience working with REST APIs, SuiteScript, or other scripting languages for NetSuite customization.
