We are looking for an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our growing team as a sales closer. We are expanding rapidly and looking for someone who is hungry to grow along with us. We aim to find great people who are SERIOUS ABOUT SUCCESS AND MAKING MONEY. As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for contacting warm leads who have already expressed an interest in selling their property and turning them into contracts by negotiating and presenting a competitive offer. What You’ll Do: ● Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify motivated property sellers. ● Property Evaluation: Analyze property values and conditions to negotiate profitable deals. ● Negotiation: Build rapport with sellers, negotiate purchase prices, and draft contracts.
