Shipt is seeking a Director of Strategic Planning and Growth Operations to join our team. As a cutting-edge retail tech company, Shipt is committed to fostering the growth of local communities, consistently providing amazing service, and sparking connections. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategic planning and portfolio management processes for the Growth team, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define strategic priorities, and leading planning for organizational routines. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, experience in retail or e-commerce, and a track record of managing teams and driving projects from ideation to successful implementation. Responsibilities: - Design and execute strategic planning and portfolio management processes for the Growth team - Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define strategic priorities and establish actionable goals and initiatives - Lead planning for organizational routines such as leadership meetings, OPEX, employee engagement survey, special projects, etc. - Communicate up, down, and across the organization to ensure transparency, alignment, and advocacy - Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the team and cross-functional partners, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring team members are motivated and engaged
