- Must have experience in New Business Development, Global Sales, and Go-to-market Strategy.
- Should sell IT Software products and should have service sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to drive growth and meet or exceed sales targets. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing client relationships.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in AI, ML, and cloud computing.
- Technology Acumen: Demonstrate a passion for technology, actively learning about industry trends. Communicate effectively with technical prospects and clients, confidently discussing solutions, architecture, and delivering presentations/demos.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of sales plans.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Working knowledge of Salesforce is desired.
- Travel and Networking: Participate actively in conferences and industry events. Extensive travel may be required to meet with clients and prospects across the region.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate a target number of qualified leads and follow up to win them over. Develop and win business with large enterprise clients.
Requirements:
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in sales and client-facing roles, preferably in AI/ML, Data Engineering, Analytics, or related services.
