There are two roles: 📞 Remote English Customer Caller (~250 openings, ~10 hrs./week) You play the customer: ask questions, make requests, and stick to an assigned caller profile, sometimes in a set mood. You need fluent English, and a slight accent is fine. 🎧 Customer Service Agent – U.S. Accent Required (~170 openings, ~15 hrs./week)You handle simulated support calls, solve the customers problem and stay professional. You need native-level English with a clear U.S. accent, and customer service experience helps. What you need:• A computer, reliable internet and a headset or USB mic• A quiet place to record• To live in the U.S. or Canada. How to apply: There's no account, no résumé and no AI interview.
