Medical Records & Data Entry Clerk — Remote Meaningful Life Behavioral Health is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Medical Records & Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is a fully remote, entry-level position ideal for candidates interested in healthcare, behavioral health, medical administration, or data entry.  You will help maintain accurate client records, enter information into electronic systems, organize documentation, and support our healthcare team remotely.
