Responsibilities

Job Overview: - Role: Operations Manager / Right Hand. - Location: Remote, Philippines Only. - Compensation: $5–$8 USD/hour. - Commitment: 10–20 hours per week. - Schedule: Flexible. Company Profile: - Cairde Designs is a growing web design and marketing agency helping small service-based businesses, primarily contractors and home service companies, succeed online. Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations and team accountability. - Assign tasks. - Track deadlines. - Oversee projects. - Manage website projects from onboarding to launch. - Review completed work for quality. - Build and improve SOPs and internal processes. - Communicate with clients and team members. - Identify and solve problems proactively. - Keep the CEO informed without requiring constant oversight. Qualifications: - Previous operations or team management experience. - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Excellent written and spoken English. - Independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities. - Experience with project management tools. - Comfortable using AI and automation. - Reliable, honest, proactive, and accountable nature. - Experience working with a digital agency is preferred but not required. Technical Skills: - Experience with ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, Loom, GoHighLevel, WordPress, Elementor, and AI tools.
