Are you a Looker expert who thrives on taking ownership of BI environments, building scalable data architectures, and driving governance best practices? We are expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team!In this role, you’ll own our Looker platform, optimize LookML models and dashboards, and collaborate on data strategy to support future-ready, data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Looker Ownership: Build, optimize, and maintain LookML models, Explores, and dashboards using BigQuery datamarts.Governance & Strategy: Provide advisory on Looker security, metric governance, access control, and scalable data architecture.Analytics Planning: Define dashboard user stories, transition embedded transformations to governed semantic layers, and support conversational analytics.Reporting & Documentation: Deliver weekly status updates and maintain comprehensive documentation for model governance.What We’re Looking For:Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Looker (LookML, Explores, dashboards).Technical Skills: Advanced SQL expertise, strong data modeling knowledge (star/snowflake schemas), and experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift).Location: Must be based in South America or Eastern Europe.Preferred: Experience with additional BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase), dbt, Git version control, or conversational analytics.How to Apply: If you're ready to make an impact and drive high-level BI initiatives, send your updated resume directly to: hr@wiselexbpo.com.
