The team works within a large-scale distributed environment that combines cloud infrastructure, enterprise Java solutions, and telecom-related integrations. Job DescriptionPlan project activities, estimates, milestones, and dependenciesTrack scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery progressClarify and document business and technical requirementsCoordinate the development process and remove delivery blockersKeep stakeholders informed and manage expectationsSupport the team and maintain a productive, human-oriented working environmentMaintain project documentation and reportingSupport resource planning, assignments, and team developmentApply current development and AI practices to improve project deliveryQualificationsAt least 2 years of practical Project Management experience in software developmentHands-on experience delivering projects in a complex technical domainUnderstanding of modern software development and AI practicesSolid knowledge of project planning, estimation, risk management, budgeting, and delivery controlAbility to understand and discuss technical requirements with engineers and CustomersStrong organisation, prioritisation, and problem-solving skillsHuman-oriented approach to team and people managementCustomer-oriented mindset focused on business goals and delivery outcomesClear and confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in a multinational environmentUpper-Intermediate or higher English levelWOULD BE A PLUS:Experience with Java or cloud-based projects
