This pathway may suit someone with experience in leadership, business, sales, marketing, coaching, education, consulting, recruitment, client service, account management, administration, or professional communication.
It is designed for someone who values personal growth, communicates well, follows a process, and is ready to explore a more flexible, purposeful, and self-directed way forward.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
You will follow a straightforward, tried and tested online process designed to help expand awareness of our personal development and leadership education programs.
This includes:
• Share information through approved digital channels.
• Communicate professionally with people who express interest.
• Follow up with inbound enquiries.
• Participate in regular online training and mentorship.
• Develop your understanding of the programs and pathway.
• Work independently with consistency, discipline, and personal accountability.
There is no cold calling, no stock, no warehousing, and no physical product logistics.
WHO THIS MAY SUIT:
This may suit someone with life experience, professional maturity, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in personal development and leadership.
You may already have built a career, raised a family, managed responsibility, led people, served clients, supported teams, run a business, or carried years of professional experience.
But now you are asking whether the next chapter needs to look different.
You should be self-directed, comfortable working remotely, able to follow a process, and willing to take ownership of your own results.
A minimum availability of 15–20 hours per week is preferred.
