Requirements and responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:Leading full lifecycle project management across real estate initiatives—from planning and design through construction, occupancy, and closeout.Driving Building Management System (BMS) deployments and smart building integrations.Partnering directly with clients to define scope, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring that project delivery aligns with strategic goals.Maintaining governance, data integrity, and reporting across all project phases.Identifying risks early and implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.Top Skills We’re Looking For (in order of priority):HVAC Project Management experience.BMS / Building Automation & Controls expertise.Construction Project Management background.Ideal Background:5–8+ years of relevant experience in Project Management (HVAC, BMS/Controls, Building Automation, Construction).Experience managing complex capital or building system projects.Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Certifications like PMP, CCM, or LEED AP are a plus.What Makes This Role Stand Out:High-impact work supporting cutting-edge building technologies.Opportunity to influence operational efficiency and sustainability initiatives.Visible, client-facing role with strategic decision-making responsibilities.Strong career growth within CBRE’s global platform.
