About the role: - JMK Auto Group is the U.S. master distributor bringing commercial electric vehicles to fleets across the Caribbean and Latin America. - We are hiring a remote bilingual Sales Closer to own qualified fleet deals from discovery to signed deposit. - This is a consultative, ROI-first sale, not a script. Responsibilities: - Run discovery with fleet operators regarding routes, costs, and timelines before quoting. - Build and defend the ROI and total-cost-of-ownership case. - Manage multi-stakeholder deals across operations, procurement, and finance. - Move deals to a signed deposit. - Keep the pipeline clean and current in HubSpot (CRM). Requirements: - 3+ years of closing experience in a high-consideration, multi-stakeholder sale such as fleet, logistics, automotive, capital equipment, SaaS, or high-ticket B2B. - Fully bilingual in professional Spanish and English, as you will negotiate and close in both. - Consultative instinct, where you reframe on value rather than discounts. - Financially fluent and comfortable with payback math, quotes, and proposals. - Disciplined with a CRM and high integrity with no manufactured urgency. Nice to have: - Experience selling fleet, logistics, transport, or automotive. - Familiarity with the Caribbean and LATAM commercial landscape. - 100% remote work based in Latin America. Compensation: - Base: USD 800/month, plus an uncapped, unit-based commission. - USD 275 per unit sold (monthly target: 5 units). - 10 units/month: +USD 500 bonus. - 20 units/month: +USD 1,000 bonus, plus USD 300 per unit applied retroactively to every unit that month. - Example monthly earnings: ~USD 2,175 at 5 units; ~USD 4,050 at 10; ~USD 4,925 at 15; ~USD 13,300 at 20. Strong closers earn well into five figures per month.
